• February 2007 – Seaspan Corporation placed the most accumulated gross tonnage on the Hong Kong Shipping Register in the year 2006
• February 2006 – Seaspan Corporation placed the most accumulated gross tonnage on the Hong Kong Shipping Register in the year 2005
• February 2006 – m.v. CSCL Africa of Seaspan Corporation was the ship that crossed the 29 million tonnage mark of the Hong Kong Shipping Register
