Hiring Process

  1. Candidate applies for an available Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. job posting
  2. Candidate receives email that acknowledges a job application was successfully submitted
  3. Candidate’s resume is screened for accuracy and completeness
  4. Candidate’s knowledge, skills and attitude are assessed
  5. Candidates who pass the preliminary screening are called in for interview(s)
  6. Applicants who successfully complete the above stages are offered a letter of intent or an offer letter for employment with Seaspan
