Hiring Process
- Candidate applies for an available Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. job posting
- Candidate receives email that acknowledges a job application was successfully submitted
- Candidate’s resume is screened for accuracy and completeness
- Candidate’s knowledge, skills and attitude are assessed
- Candidates who pass the preliminary screening are called in for interview(s)
- Applicants who successfully complete the above stages are offered a letter of intent or an offer letter for employment with Seaspan
